Function and operation explanation
1. 16-bit operation
When the command input remains ON for equivalent to or longer than the evaluation time [ m × 100 ms, timer
specified by ], the device specified by is set.
When the command input remains ON for less than the evaluation time [m × 100 ms] and then turns OFF, the
current value of the timer for evaluation specified by is reset and the device specified by is not set.
When the command input turns OFF, the timer for evaluation is reset.
