Step 6:
At the Save field, select Y and press Enter if the report will be saved to
a file.
Step 7:
When all fields have been completed, use the Tab key to select the Ok
option at the bottom of the screen and press Enter. Depending on the
previous selections, the report will now be displayed on the screen, sent
to a printer, or saved to a file.
Note:
The fields of the Generate a Report screen can be cleared anytime. Using the
Tab
key, select the
Clear
option and press
Enter
. All screen fields will be cleared.
Step 8:
If finished with the Generate a Report function, use the Tab key to select
the Exit option at the bottom of the screen and press Enter. The
Console
Stats
Main Menu (Figure 4-1) will now be displayed.
