2-1. System Connection
This unit can support input and output of multiple formats. It can also support various types of user’s
format by installing the optional circuit boards.
The slots to which the circuit boards are inserted and the internal switches setting differ depending upon
the system used. They need to be set according to the system used.
For the installation procedure, refer to “1-8. Installing the HKCU-951/953”. For details of the slots in use
on each board and for details of the switch setting on board, refer to this section and “1-6. Setting of
Switches on Boards”.

HKCU-951: Install the HKCU-951 when you want to use the analog composite signal or analog component signal as the main signal.
HKCU-953: Install the HKCU-953 when you want to shoot picture in 24PsF mode of the camera, and you need the HD (SD) signal
created by the 2 to 3 Pulled Down method.
