Electrical
Hazard
Always remove power before attempting to service an InRow RC. Remove power
at the upstream breaker, and disconnect the power cords before servicing. Failure
to do so could result in serious injury or death.
Electrical
Hazard
Follow all local and national electrical codes when installing or servicing the
InRow RC.
Electrical
Hazard
This unit may have multiple sources of power. Disconnect all energy sources
before servicing.
Do not attempt to service or replace components while the unit is energized unless
specifically instructed to do so in this manual. Servicing or replacing components
while the unit is energized could result in serious injury or death.
DANGE
Static
Discharge
Circuit boards contained within the unit are sensitive to static electricity. Whenever
possible, touch only the end-plates and use one or more of these electrostatic-discharge
devices (ESDs) while handling the boards: wrist straps, heel straps, toe straps, or
conductive shoes. Failure to do so may cause damage to the board and improper
operation of the unit.
Heavy
Several components of the InRow RC are very heavy and must be removed by more
than one person. Use the proper precautions when servicing these components,
including the use of back support belts, dollies, or assistance from another person.
Electrical
Hazard
Piping inside the unit may contain water/glycol. Be aware of spills in the data center
before they reach energized equipment.
