The SGC2910 is not listed in Game Controllers/Gaming Options in the Windows Control Panel.

Verify that the SGC2910 is plugged into a USB port directly on your PC. Do not connect
the SGC2910 through USB hubs. The SGC2910 should be connected directly to the PC’s USB ports.

software.

instruction manual. Please restart your PC once the software is uninstalled. Then reinstall the controller and
software. Please follow the steps according to your operating system.
