4 Using the HP Fabric Management add-in
The HP Fabric Management add-in can be accessed in either the VM and Services pane or the
Fabric pane by selecting a host group, cluster group, or host node, and then clicking the HP Fabric
Management toolbar button.
The HP Fabric Management add-in provides several views.
DescriptionView
Provides a fabric summary about the selected host. Only available on host nodes.Summary
Displays a graphical relationship between a host and its VMs, networking, and
fabric components. Only available on host nodes.
Fabric Diagram
Lists HP OneView appliances and VCMs that have been configured for management.
Available on host groups, cluster groups, and host nodes.
Configured Fabric Managers
Summary view
The Summary view provides a fabric summary with information about the selected host, its virtual
machines, and all associated fabric elements.
