Installing a ROM (version TEE01D or newer) in place of the older
version (version TEE01A, 01B, 01C) will change the output
waveform control for ink firing. For this reason, you are required to
re-input the head ID and perform Bi-D adjustment whenever you
have replaced the ROM (version TEE01A, 01B, or 01C) with the
revised one (revision TEE01D or newer)

1 Perform “Head Cleaning” using the service
program.
2 If the step 1 is not effective, perform “Ink Charge
Flag Reset” using the service program and then
turn the printer off. In 10 seconds, turn the printer
back on, and “Initial Ink Charge” begins
automatically.
5 Waste Pad
replacement
1 Replace the waste ink pad.
2 Return the current counter values for the waste
ink pads to zero by selecting “Indication of the
counter value of waste ink pad” then “Clear the
protection counter value” using the service
program.
6 CR motor
replacement
1 Perform “Bi-Directional Adjustment” using the
service program.
7 Program ROM
