To play the AR Games, place an AR Card on a at, well-lit surface. Adjust the distance and angle, keeping the AR Card within the sights of
the outer cameras, until it is recognised correctly. The games are played by moving the system around while keeping the AR Card in sight.

Nintendo eShop
Connect to the internet and view information and videos about various software, and download software for
your Nintendo 3DS XL system. To purchase software, you need to add funds to your Nintendo eShop account.

Precautions Regarding the Use of Nintendo eShop

In order to use Nintendo eShop, you must rst agree to the Nintendo 3DS Service User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and then set up an internet
connection.

You can add funds using a credit card or Nintendo eShop Card.
t
Nintendo eShop Cards sold in the European Economic Area and Switzerland can only be used with Nintendo systems sold in the same regions.

You cannot add an amount of funds that would cause the balance of your Nintendo eShop account to exceed the maximum allowed funds.

The fund value of a Nintendo eShop Card cannot be split between multiple accounts.
t
Nintendo will not reissue, refund or accept inquiries regarding Nintendo eShop Cards except under circumstances where this is required by law.
Nintendo eShop Cards, funds and purchased software cannot be refunded, returned, transferred or exchanged for cash.

Once registered on a Nintendo 3DS / Nintendo 3DS XL system, Nintendo eShop activation numbers cannot be used again.

The purchasing of software on Nintendo eShop constitutes a licence agreement between Nintendo and the purchaser. For details, open the
System Settings from the HOME Menu, select INTERNET SETTINGS, OTHER INFORMATION, then USER AGREEMENT.

If you use the DELETE ACCOUNT option in the Nintendo eShop application, your remaining funds, purchased/downloaded software and purchase /
download history will all be deleted.

come bursting out!
