Close the rear cover.

CAUTION: Always be sure the rear cover is closed when

you use the printer.

If you use an optional interface, you may need to change the

communications protocol of the printer or the computer so that

they can communicate properly. In most cases, you should see your

optional interface manual or computer manual to match the

computer with the interface.
