Before using the PSP™ system for the first time after purchase, you must
follow these steps to charge the battery.
1 Remove the battery cover.
2 Insert the Battery Pack.
3 Replace the battery cover.

the battery cover open.

Align the bottom surface of the
Battery Pack with the system to
attach.

direction of the arrow until it
locks firmly into place.
