EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR DAMAGES WITH
RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR
THE PRODUCT.
CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York,
exclusive of its conflicts of law provisions. The exclusive venue for litigation regarding or arising from this
agreement is New York County, New York and you agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the courts of New
York County, New York for any such litigation.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision or portion of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, it will be severed from and in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining
provisions of the agreement.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the
Product and its use.
Note: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause undesirable operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with these instructions,
may cause harmful interference to radio communications. There is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If t his equipment does cause harmful interference to radio
or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or replace the receiving antenna.
