Flow Meter – Electronics Module

#1 Phillips screwdriver
Replacement
1. Remove power to the unit by disconnecting both power cords (feed A and feed B).
2. Lockout/tagout the unit being serviced.
3. Remove the rear door and the top and bottom air filters.
4. Disconnect the flow meter, #FMTR, from the control harness on the right side of the unit.
5. Remove the screw (#1 Phillips screwdriver) at
each corner of the flow meter.
6. Remove the flow meter electronics module
from the unit.
7. To install a replacement module, replace the
gasket between the flow meter body and the
electronics module.
8. Ensure the sensor on the flow meter fits back
into the circular hole in the flow meter base.
9. Reverse this procedure to complete the
installation. Tighten the screws to 5-6 in·lb
(0.6– 0.7 N·m).
Verify operation
1. Apply power to the unit.
2. On the local display press a key to display the top-level menu and navigate to the following
path: Top level > View Unit Status.
3. Press the down button three times to display the screen containing the Fluid Flow parameter.
4. Ensure that the unit is reading the proper fluid flow rate.
5. Replace filters and doors.
Warning
This device may be connected to more than one input power source. Verify
that both feed A and feed B have been disconnected before attempting
maintenance.

Doors and panels are equipped with locks. Locks must be engaged while the
unit is operating.
