Operating the Remote
To operate the remote, point the remote at the remote control sensor in the lower right side of the sound bar. The range of opmum
operaon is about 30 feet (10m), 30° to the le and right, 20° up and down.
Maintenance
1) Unplug the sound bar from power.
2) Moisten a so, dry cloth with water.
3) Lightly wipe the cleaning cloth over the sound bar.
4) Wipe dry with a so, dry cloth.
WARNING: Do not allow liquids to enter the sound bar. Spilled liquid may damage your sound bar.
WARNING: Do not aempt to service this product yourself as opening and removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage
and other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel.
Troubleshooting
Symptom Troubleshoong Tips
No power Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the power outlet and to the sound bar power
adapter.
Make sure the power adapter is securely connected to the sound bar.
Press the Power buon on the sound bar control panel or the remote control.
No sound Press the Volume + buon on sound bar control panel or the remote control.
Verify that the source is correctly selected.
Verify that the source device is powered on and eming audio to the external port.
Verify that the Mondopad soware is not muted.
Verify that the audio cables are securely connected between the source device and the sound bar.
Audio distoron The sound bar is designed for standard line-in level input signals which are a MAXIMUM 2 Volt
RMS. The sound bar is not intended to be connected to the output of an amplied audio source
such as a Home Theater speaker output or MP3 Player headphone jack. Doing so may damage the
sound bar.
Buzzing or humming Verify that the audio cables are securely connected between the source device and the sound bar.
Try a known good audio cable.
Aach a dierent speaker to the source device to locate source of the problem.
Sengs are lost when the
sound bar is unplugged
Leave the sound bar connected to AC. Otherwise, the sound bar will return to factory default
sengs.
No sound when connected
to Opcal In
Change the source device output to PCM. Refer to the source device user documentaon
for more informaon.
The sound bar is not respond-
ing to the remote
Replace the remote baery.
