installationCD‐ROMorfrominstallationfileshostedonaremoteserver,suchas
Altiris.
To run a scripted installation using a CD
1Copyyourkickstartfiletoafloppydisk.
2Insert
thefloppydiskintothefloppydriveofthemachineonwhichyouwantto
installESX Server.
3InserttheESX ServerInstallationCDintotheCD‐ROMdrive.
4 Bootupthemachine.
