termination of your registration remain valid after termination.
20.3 Changes in Terms
Microsoft Mobile may modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. If the Terms are changed in a material, adverse way,
Microsoft Mobile will provide a separate notice advising of the change.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your consent to any changes
and modification.
21. Intellectual Property
The Service, Content and Software are protected under international copyright laws. Microsoft Mobile claims copyrights in its
Service, Content, and Software to the maximum extent of the law. Subject to the Terms, Microsoft Mobile retains all right, title
and interest in the Service, its Content, the Software and in all other Microsoft Mobile products, software and other properties
provided to you or used by you through the Service.
22. Assignment
Microsoft Mobile may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to its corporate parent, any of its subsidiaries, or to
any company under common control with Microsoft Mobile. Additionally, Microsoft Mobile may assign its rights and obligations
under these Terms to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, by operation of law or otherwise.

What Information Do We Collect?

Product and service activations
Microsoft Mobile products and services may require electronic activation, where your device and application type, as well
as unique device, application, network and subscription identifiers are sent to Microsoft Mobile. Depending on your device
model and settings, device location at the time of the first power up may also be collected.
Use of products and services
When you access our services online, our web servers automatically create records of your visit. These records typically
include IP-address, access times, the sites linked from, pages visited, the links and features used, the content viewed or

Our applications may contact our servers periodically, for example to check for updates or to send us information relating
to service usage. Additionally, we may invite you to join voluntary product and service improvement or research programs
