This feature lets you select the number of times you want the
phone to ring before the Answering System answers a call.
1. Press the ( + or - ) button to scroll to the Ring to
answer submenu.
. Press button to enter the menu and use the
( + or - ) button to scroll to your selection. The default setting is
5 Rings.

You can access the answering system from a tone dialing
telephone in another (remote) location. The security code is
required for remote access, and it prevents unauthorized access
to your answering system.
