USING THE EXERCISE

FUNCTIONS
5 Press + or - to set your walking or
jogging stride. Then, press +5/SET to
register it.
You can measure your stride bywalking orjogging
beside a regulation tennis court, The length of the
side line is 936 inches (26 yards).
6 Press START/PAUSE and start the exercise.
Tostopexercising
Keep EXERCISE pressed for about 1second. Your
total energy output and distance you jogged or
walked are displayed alternately.
To pauseexercising
Press START/PAUSE.
The unit stops calculating energy output and distance.
To resume exercising, press START/PAUSE again.
The unit resumes calculating,
To changethe walking orjoggingpaceduringexercise
Press the 1-5 button. You cannot change the pace
while in exercise pause mode,
To mutethe pitchsound
Press PITCH ON/OFF on the main unit. To resume,
press it again,
