to false start, but be sure to be on the edge and power out of the blocks
if you want that world record.
Press z and v alternately or waggle B or C to build up speed. At
the line press µ to lunge or ∫ to showboat.

Press z and v alternately or waggle C to build up speed.
Use B to position your runner. If you run on the front of the pack for
too long you will quickly tire, take a rest by slipstreaming behind other
runners. At the line press µ to lunge or ∫ to showboat.
