MANAGING MESSAGE AND JOB LOGS
As an administrator, you can view, filter, sort, export and clear
message and job logs. The controller maintains separate logs for
print and scan jobs depending on which options are installed.
Viewing a Log
1On the
Administration tab, click the Logs link.
TopAccess displays the Print Jobs log.
Sample Print Jobs log
This page displays all the jobs in the print queue. You set the
total number of items displayed on the
Preferences tab.
The Log Total Number indicates the number of items in the
log file.
