Warranty

TitanTool,Inc.,(“Titan”)warrantsthatatthetimeofdeliverytotheoriginalpurchaserforuse(“EndUser”),theequipmentcoveredbythis

warrantyisfreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.Withtheexceptionofanyspecial,limited,orextendedwarrantypublishedbyTitan,

Titan’sobligationunderthiswarrantyislimitedtoreplacingorrepairingwithoutchargethosepartswhich,toTitan’sreasonablesatisfaction,are

showntobedefectivewithintwelve(12)monthsaftersaletotheEndUser.Thiswarrantyappliesonlywhentheunitisinstalledandoperatedin

accordance with the recommendations and instructions of Titan.

Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyinthecaseofdamageorwearcausedbyabrasion,corrosionormisuse,negligence,accident,faultyinstallation,

substitutionofnon-Titancomponentparts,ortamperingwiththeunitinamannertoimpairnormaloperation.

DefectivepartsaretobereturnedtoanauthorizedTitansales/serviceoutlet.Alltransportationcharges,includingreturntothefactory,if

necessary,aretobeborneandprepaidbytheEndUser.RepairedorreplacedequipmentwillbereturnedtotheEndUsertransportation

prepaid.

THEREISNOOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTY.TITANHEREBYDISCLAIMSANYANDALLIMPLIEDWARRANTIESINCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,

THOSEOFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,TOTHEEXTENTPERMITTEDBYLAW.THEDURATIONOFANYIMPLIED

WARRANTIESWHICHCANNOTBEDISCLAIMEDISLIMITEDTOTHETIMEPERIODSPECIFIEDINTHEEXPRESSWARRANTY.INNOCASESHALL

TITANLIABILITYEXCEEDTHEAMOUNTOFTHEPURCHASEPRICE.LIABILITYFORCONSEQUENTIAL,INCIDENTALORSPECIALDAMAGESUNDER
