This option enables you to set a unique ringer type for
incoming message calls. This means you can have distinct
ringer types for Sprint PCS Voicemail notifications, Text
messages, numeric pages and Wireless Web messages.
(Wireless Web message notification may not be available at
time of printing.)
To set the ringer type for voice calls:
1. Press to display the Main menu.
2. Press for Setup / Tool.
3. Press for Sounds.
4. Press for Ringer Type.
5. Press for Messages.
6. Press for Voicemail, for Page, for Text
or for BrowserMsg.
7. Press the scroll keys to scan nine ring types and four
melody tones. Each tone sounds as you scan the options.
8. When the desired ring type sounds, press to save
the setting.

and numeric pages.
To set the ringer volume for message calls:
1. Press to display the Main menu.
2. Press for Setup / Tool.
3. Press for Sounds.
4. Press for Ringer Volume.
5. Press for Messages.
