Timer Recording
4-Key Programming
Up to 16 timer programs, including weekly and
daily programs, can be recorded up to one
month in advance by setting the timer.
Preparations
≥Insert a video cassette tape with an intact
erasure prevention tab.
≥Confirm that the TV is on and the VCR
viewing channel is selected.
≥Turn on the VCR.
≥Check that the clock is set to the correct time.
If it has not been set, refer to page 18.
≥Press VCR/TV to select the VCR mode.

1 Press PROG./ CHECK.
2 Set Program position (channel) to “2”.
≥The next item will flash after about
2 seconds.
3 Set Date to “27SA”.
4 Set Starting time to “20:02”.
≥When kept pressed, the indication changes
in 30-minute steps.
5 Set Ending time to “21:30”.
6 Press 1 to select the Category. Then,
select the desired category by pressing
3421.
