REAR VIEW
BOTTOM FRONT VIEW
• While holding the handlebar in place, carefully turn the vehicle over.
• Make sure the end of the steering column is through the hole in the
steering linkage.
• Insert the #10 x
3
/4" screw through the hole in the end of the steering
column, so that the screw head faces the rear of the vehicle.
• Fit the #10 lock nut onto the end of the screw. Make sure the
rounded side of the lock nut faces the front of the vehicle.
• While holding the lock nut steady with an adjustable wrench, tighten
the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Turn the vehicle upright.
• First, insert the tab on the front of the seat into the slot toward the
front end of the vehicle

• Then, insert and “snap” the tab on the rear of the seat into the slot
in the rear of the vehicle

• Insert and “snap” the key into the hole in the right side of
the handlebar.
• Insert and “snap” the knobs into the holes in the left side of
the handlebar.
