Before printing in EPSON GL/2 mode
You may need to change printer settings depending on your
output needs. First, check the print settings to make sure they
match the data you are trying to print. Check the following
items; the information may be necessary later.
Paper size: Printer’s paper size setting
Driver (plotter selection): HP-GL/2 or HP-GL plotters
Pen configuration: Pen number, pen width
Plot origin: Center or Corner
Orientation: GLlike, landscape only
LJ4GL2, landscape or portrait
If you need to configure the printer settings, first switch the
emulation (see page 5-23) and then change the settings using
the printer driver, the Remote Control Panel utility, or
SelecType.
Note:
Settings or data saved in printer RAM (such as downloaded fonts)
may be erased when you switch emulation.
