Manually Lighting the Oven
Use the match extender that comes with the pizza oven for manu-
ally lighting. Do not use standard matches or cigarette lighters to
perform match lighting procedures. Serious burns can occur and
lighters can explode.
If you have just attempted to light the burner, allow ve minutes 1.
for any accumulated gas to dissipate.
Slide the small access plate located next to the over control.2.
Slide out the drip tray from the pizza oven.3.
Light and insert a long stem match, holding it near the burner 4.
ports.
Turn the control knob just past the LIGHT position to HIGH.5.
Listen for the sound of the gas igniting. If the burner does not 6.
light after ve seconds, turn the control knob to the OFF posi-
tion. Wait ve minutes until the gas clears before attempting to
light it again.
If the burner does not light after several attempts see Trouble-7.
