10.1.3 Parameter Description
<APN>: Not used by the product. It does not need to be specified. For details, see
"Example."
<user_name>: A string with double quotation marks, consisting of a maximum of 31
characters. It can be omitted.
<password>: A string with double quotation marks, consisting of a maximum of 31
characters. It can be omitted.
<state>: Specifies the initialization completion flag.
0: non-initialized
1: initialized
<ip_address >: A string without double quotation marks, specifying the local IP
address.
<pri_dns_address>: A string without double quotation marks, specifying the IP
address of the primary DNS server.
<sec_dns_address>: A string without double quotation marks, specifying the IP
address of the secondary DNS server.
