how can I get my headphones to work right. I can't...

how can I get my headphones to work right. I can't talk to anyone through my headphones I only can talk trough my Bluetooth with my headphones on. I have tried to scan the headphones but it is not working, I have also tried to change the settings for my headset and nothing. I want answers.
