0 You can pop the shell off by following the edges and snapping off around connection points. However this voids the warrentee, try calling the folks at XBOX first... they may offer to fix it for free (they did for me) Call them @: Toll free: (800) 4MY-XBOX or (800) 469-9269 Or go to the XBOX 360 Support @
