4.4 PARAMETER NUMBERS
The parameter numbering system, in order to conform to the CNOMO standard,
splits parameters into BITS and WORDS and numbers each group independently.

5 Alarm 1 Status Read only - 1 = active, 0 = inactive
6 Alarm 2 Status Read only - 1 = active, 0 = inactive
7 Over-range Flag Read only - 1 = active, 0 = inactive
